C & RA wing of JUSNL is assigned to look after the JUSNL's Commercial and Regulatory matters. It functions to perform the duties mainly as follows:

Billing of Transmission Charges to its Consumer.

Filing Petition for Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR), Annual Performance Review (APR), True UP for Transmission Business of respective years.

Filing Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petition and Business Plan for transmission business for every control period.

Compliance on regulatory matters.
